Flashing stock firmware will permanently delete your device data. So backup all personal data like photos, contacts, and apps, etc to prevent data loss.

  • Download the flash file.
  • Move the firmware file to SD card storage (do not put the file in any folder).
  • Remove SD card from the phone.
  • Power off your mobile by holding the 'Power Button'.
  • Hold down the
    --- Volume Up + Power Button {or}
    --- Volume Down + Power Button
  • Release both buttons when logo appears.
  • Then choose 'Recovery' option, by using to navigate 'Volume Buttons' and to confirm 'Power Button'.
  • You will see Android exclamation mark.
  • While holding down the 'Power Button' press and release 'Volume Up Button'.
  • Navigate with 'Volume Buttons' to select 'wipe data/factory reset' option and press the 'Power Button'.
  • Afterward, use the 'Volume Buttons' to select option 'YES' and press 'Power Button' to confirm.
  • Select 'Reboot System' option.
  • Insert SD card. And again go to the recovery mode.
  • Select 'Apply update from SD card' option.
  • Locate downloaded firmware file on your phone.
  • Finally, tap firmware file and install it.
